Unless your subscription plan is offered with a 30-day money back guarantee, payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds for partially used periods, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We will however allow members to freeze their membership (for example in case of a holiday or other family matters) and renew their membership at a future requested date.
